Owned by Southland Capital Realty Group and Hix Snedeker, Trevi Vibrant Senior Living is a brand new community that opened in June 2023. They focus on empowering seniors to lead vibrant, purposeful lives, honoring personal choice and embracing a life of fulfillment. Through a supportive and inclusive environment, they celebrate individuality, foster meaningful connections, and create a community where every resident thrives. The community is led by its Director, Tammy Cosentino, who worked as an ICU nurse for 14 years before transitioning into senior living.
