The Cabarrus Chamber was proud to celebrate the grand opening of Shipley Do-Nuts with a ribbon cutting on behalf of owners John and Lillian Brijeski, who officially opened the Concord location on February 17, 2025. The celebration marked Shipley’s sweet arrival in our community—and their enthusiastic embrace of all things local!
The Brijeskis fell in love with Shipley Do-Nuts’ iconic products, bold vision, and Do-Happy motto—and knew Concord was the perfect place to open their shop. Now, they’re proudly serving up handcrafted donuts, kolaches, and fresh coffee made daily on-site, creating a cheerful, welcoming experience for guests of all ages.
With more than 60 varieties of donuts to choose from—including classic glazed, iced, filled, cake donuts, and donut holes—there’s something do-licious for every craving. Customers can also pick up Kolache Boxes, Office Hero Packs, and coffee-to-go boxes, making it easy to treat a team or start your morning off right.
Shipley Do-Nuts joined the Cabarrus Chamber to connect with the local business community, share ideas, and give back to the place they now call home. Their commitment to building community—one donut at a time—is already making a difference.
