We joined Novi Flats for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of their 48-unit luxury apartments in downtown Concord.
Novi Flats consists of 12 studios, 24 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments. Rents range from $1,250 for 405 SF studio units to $2,010 for 860 SF two-bedroom units. The luxury apartment building features an upscale industrial aesthetic and units come with quarts countertops, GE stainless steel appliance packages and in-unit washers and dryers. Select units have walk-in showers and closets, balconies and USB outlets.
Amenities include a private CrossFit gym, bike room and package concierge, as well as connection to Concord's Spring Street parking deck. The building also features 2,333 SF of street-level retail space.
According to a press release in the Independent Tribune, the luxury apartment complex is being developed by Lansing Melbourne Group (LMG), who is also developing Novi Rise, a 167-unit mixed-use building, and Novi Lofts, an 89-unit mixed-use building, in downtown Concord.
