We recently helped Mid-Atlantic Structioneers celebrate their 40th anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony!
Mid-Atlantic Structioneers started in 1983 as Bob Rosser worked as a framing carpenter for Walt Disney World. Bob's experience as a talented woodworker since the age of 16 allowed him to turn his talent and passion into a company as he transitioned into a residential contractor for 15 years, working in Florida, Colorado, South and North Carolina.
As a startup, Mid-Atlantic Structioneers really had to prove themselves in an already competitive market. After establishing a strong and reliable reputation, they were able to excel exponentially. In 2000, the transition was made to commercial framing work.
What makes them different from other wood framing companies is that they don't cut corners, do honest work, and are upfront about their entire process. They consistently perform quality work, which sets them apart from other commercial framing companies.
With continuous success, the Mid-Atlantic team has grown and has allowed for a wider reach for their services. Today, Mid-Atlantic Structioneers is a family business with multiple members of the Rosser family playing integral roles in the overall success of the company.
