Cabarrus Chamber members joined Mama Me Time Spa to celebrate their grand opening with a ribbon cutting!
Founded by Charmaine Benjamin, Mama Me Time Spa provides a world-class spa experience where self-care, comfort, knowledge and personalized attention create the most memorable and rejuvenating results. The company's vision is to be a leader in improving the health and wellness of our community by providing top-quality treatments, teaching their clients healthy practices and fostering wellness education.
Mama Me Time Spa specializes in a variety of massage and body modalities, including prenatal, postpartum, therapeutic, sports and assisted stretching to name a few.
Charmaine says the reason she started her business was because it was hard to find a skilled and confident massage therapist who provides a more clinical approach to prenatal massage, so she became that go-to therapist. She also wanted to create a sacred space for mothers and soon-to-be mothers to learn, grow, and thrive throughout their motherhood journey.
Mama Me Time Spa is the first ever massage and wellness spa dedicated to the maternal community with its very own drop-in childcare center. Their clients can prioritize their health, wellness and self-care under the same roof of their child(ren), knowing both are in good hands.
As a member of The Chamber, Charmaine says she looks forward to connecting, collaborating and partnering with other businesses as they expand their reach in Cabarrus County.
