ISI® Elite Training is one of the nation’s fastest-growing boutique fitness concepts built on athletic-based training. Founder and CEO Adam Rice opened the first ISI® Elite Training in South Carolina in 2011 and located its headquarters in Charlotte, NC. By 2019, ISI® began franchising their concept and within a couple of years, it made its way to Concord.
The new Concord location is owned by Chris Carpenter, Bo Dickerson and Austin Warrick. They were motivated to open ISI® in Concord because they wanted to bring a non-intimidating gym to our area, where all fitness levels can succeed. Their biggest struggle when opening their facility was construction as they were building at a time when supplies and services were delayed everywhere. However, they were able to finally open their doors in April 2022 and celebrated their grand opening with a Cabarrus Chamber ribbon cutting in late May.
ISI® is a community of people working together to achieve their individual goals. They offer 50-minute coach-based led sessions to optimize your fitness level and give you proven results that you deserve. Their comprehensive training programs build self-confidence, increase muscular strength, endurance, enhance explosive power, improve flexibility, speed, and agility. These sessions will energize and motivate you to take your fitness to the next level.
Around the same time the Concord location was opening in April, the corporate office was being recognized for ISI® Elite Training being one of the Top New and Emerging Franchises in 2022 in the April/May issue of Entrepreneur magazine. The ranking highlights the newest and hottest companies that have begun offering franchise opportunities since 2019. ISI® ranked 138 of the top companies that have been in franchising for five years or less.
