The Chamber joined Southpaw Investors for a ribbon cutting to celebrate Gibson Mill Market!

Southpaw Investors is made up of a group of local friends who respect the space and its legacy. The group purchased Gibson Mill in 2004. While developing Gibson Mill Market, Southpaw Investors worked to transform a turn-of-the-century weaving room into the modern-day food hall that it is today.

Gibson Mill Market opened in September 2022 and currently offers nine food and beverage vendors, two breweries, and a board game cafe. They also host weekly events on the campus, such as bluegrass music, poker nights, and cornhole leagues.

Gibson Mill Market is the only food hall in Concord, NC. It is a one-of-a-kind experience! The campus has been featured in The Local Trend, Cabarrus Weekly and Independent Tribune.

As for the company, their mission and vision are focused on Community, Innovation, Opportunity, Tradition and Sustainability.
