We recently welcomed Decadence Popcorn to the community and The Chamber!
Decadence Popcorn was founded by Dwayne and Kimberly Jackson in 2018 with their store opening in Kannapolis in April 2021. Their mission is to offer a variety of gourmet popcorns, desserts and confections, handcrafted with premium ingredients, while also utilizing their business as a platform for community service. They shared that they started their business because it was their "calling from God" and they wanted to be self-employed. They overcame financial obstacles and worked toward launching their store with limited resources during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dwayne and Kimberly hope to use their new Chamber membership to connect with corporate accounts while also gaining notoriety in the local business community, growing their business, and gaining knowledge.
