Opened by new business owners, Richard and Kathleen Witham in March 2024, the Cookie Co Harrisburg offers large gourmet cookies, cookie cakes, cookie pops, and twisted sodas.
Richard and Kathleen say they are pouring their hearts into creating unique and delightful cookies, inspired by their faith and commitment to quality. They have always had a dream to run a business together as a family where their children could be a part of it and see hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Opening the Cookie Co has given them this opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream.
What makes the Cookie Co unique is the true gourmet cookie experience that they offer their customers. Each cookie is made with real sugar, real eggs, and real butter. Made fresh daily with love, the Cookie Co promises a positive and welcoming experience with their joyful, warm, and loving environment. They hope every customer leaves feeling that love and light.
As for their new membership with The Chamber, they hope to find opportunities to support other businesses as well as opportunities to grow their business.
