Concord Counseling and Consulting seeks to serve their community through professional counseling, life coaching, and consulting services with the goal of bringing individuals, families, couples and organizations hope, healing, education, and training according to their needs. In addition, they provide consulting for businesses and churches.
Dr. Atwell has been in the counseling field since 2005 after receiving her Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling from Liberty University. She also earned her Doctor of Education Degree in Family Care and Counseling at Liberty University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in the state of North Carolina, Board-Certified Professional Christian Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor.
When Dr. Atwell began counseling, she noticed a need for more counseling providers in the Concord, NC area and had a desire to serve the community in which she lived. As a trained counselor, one thing you do not learn in school is how to start and run a business. She’s had to seek training on her own to learn the business aspect of running a successful counseling practice.
They pride themselves on being able to work with a variety of agencies within Cabarrus County such as Cabarrus County Schools, Present Age Ministries, the Department of Health and Human Services, Cabarrus Health Alliance, and the Human Trafficking task force.
Natalie completed Leadership Cabarrus and is a proud part of the Class of 2022! As Chamber members, they value networking, connections, education, and training to make their business better.
