The Cabarrus Chamber celebrated the grand opening of Alexander Bookkeeping and Tax Services with a ribbon cutting ceremony at their new office in downtown Concord. Owner Timothy Alexander was thrilled to officially open his doors and share his expertise with the local business community.
"I wanted to let companies know that I’m in downtown Concord and open for business!" Timothy Alexander shared. With seven years of experience in the bookkeeping industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University, and ongoing studies for an MBA in Finance at Fitchburg State College, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, he is well-equipped to support small businesses with their bookkeeping and tax needs, as well as assist individuals with tax preparation.
As a veteran-owned business, Alexander Bookkeeping and Tax Services is built on the values of reliability and integrity. Timothy Alexander, a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a Liberty University graduate, applies the discipline and dedication from his military service to his work in accounting.
Timothy’s journey into accounting was fueled by a passion for numbers and a desire to follow his dreams. After spending 27 years in the computer networking industry, he took a leap of faith to pursue a career in accounting. While completing his education, he gained valuable hands-on experience working part-time at Shelly Lands CPA in Mt. Holly, where he continues to receive mentorship.
In addition to offering bookkeeping and tax services, Timothy Alexander is committed to building relationships within the local business community. His decision to join the Cabarrus Chamber was driven by a desire to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and learn more about their businesses.
