846 Union St S, Concord, NC 28025
Señor Agave Mexican Grill & Bar celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside the Chamber, inviting the community to come and enjoy great food, drinks, and service! They are a family-friendly Mexican restaurant serving delicious food and, of course, amazing margaritas.
This family-owned business is led by owners Miguel Santoyo (owner/father of Miguel Jr.), Miguel Santoyo (son/part owner), and Moises Saldana (part owner). Miguel Sr. has been in the restaurant industry since the 1990s and has owned a restaurant in Locust, El Vaquero, since 2012. Since the opening of El Vaquero, Miguel Jr. has been involved in the family business, and not long after, Moises joined the team as a waiter and eventually became the manager.
These three men wanted to continue sharing their passion for our small towns, like Locust and Concord, by opening a Mexican restaurant with the hope that everyone would fall in love with the flavors of their cuisine.
The three main goals across all their restaurants are: 1) to create an atmosphere where everyone feels at home, 2) to ensure everyone loves the taste of food rooted in their Mexican heritage, and 3) to share a piece of where they come from (Mexico) while continuing to grow their legacy.
Señor Agave joined the Chamber so they could become a part of their new Concord community in the same way they did in Locust.
